We don't fill our agreement with legal terms and policies that are open to interpretation.  Our guidelines are in plain English, but violation is subject to cancellation of your account.

1. NO Adult, hate groups, or sites with other questionable content may be affiliated with our service.  If you have a site in this category, but still wish to have all the tracking, please use our paid "Gold Level" service.
2. Although FREECounts.com strives for 99.9% uptime, from time to time things beyond our control may disrupt our service.  FREECounts.com is not liable for any disruption of service or inaccuracies in statistics arising from "downtime".
3. All tracking programming is the copywritten property of FREECounts.com and can not be reverse engineered, sold, borrowed, or modified without the express written permission of FREECounts.com.
4. FREECounts.com is a free service - all the costs (programming, web space, etc.) is paid by our sponsors and the banner advertisements shown under the hit counter.  Any attempts to disable these banners from appearing is FORBIDDEN and subject to termination of your account.  If you wish to have all the tracking and statistics without the banners, please use our paid "Gold Level" service.
5. We screen all our affiliates and their banners to assure that you will not have any questionable material advertised on your site.  All banners will be "family appropriate" and will be presentable on all sites.
6. FREECounts.com and Reliable Consulting reserve the right to cancel any account at any time.
7. FREECounts.com and Reliable Consulting reserve the right to modify these terms as necessary.
